We delivered our first TORNADO Blender in 2018, and many of those original machines are still going strong today - with remarkably few reported issues. That real-world reliability gives us the confidence to stand behind every machine we sell.

5-Year Limited Warranty - Included

Every TORNADO Blender includes a 5-Year Limited Warranty at no additional cost, covering the motor base against defects in materials or workmanship, as well as wear and tear from normal household use.

Parts, labor, and return shipping are covered. If your blender needs to be sent to us for repair, you are responsible only for shipping it to us.

The warranty is transferable and remains valid for five years from the original purchase date.

10-Year Limited Warranty - $50

Extend the same coverage from 5 years to 10 years for just $50.

The coverage remains exactly the same - it is simply extended for an additional five years from the original purchase date.

The 10-Year Limited Warranty can be purchased with your blender or added within 60 days of the original purchase date. After 60 days, the warranty can no longer be extended.

What's Covered / What's Not Covered

Covered:

Your TORNADO motor base is covered for defects in materials or workmanship, as well as wear and tear resulting from normal household use. Parts, labor, and return shipping are included.

Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover the blending container, damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, improper use, or modifications or repairs that cause or contribute to a failure. Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance are also excluded.

Commercial use is not covered by this warranty - but we absolutely encourage it.

We support our commercial customers with low-cost replacement parts, repairs, and rebuilding services to help keep their TORNADO Blenders running for years.

Why isn't the blending container included in the warranty?

Our stainless steel blending container itself is designed to last for many years. Unlike conventional sharp blender blades, the TORNADO blade is intentionally dull from the beginning, so normal use does not gradually reduce its blending performance.

The primary wear components are the bearings inside the blade assembly. Over time, these bearings can wear and may eventually cause the container to leak.

Rather than building the cost of these potential repairs into the price of every blender, we make replacement blade assemblies available at a low cost. They can be replaced by the customer in about five minutes, and we include the required wrench tool with every replacement blade assembly.

Our philosophy is simple: replace the part that wears out, not the entire container.

We genuinely want this TORNADO to be the last blender you will ever need to buy.

This is NOT just another disposable product.

Even long after your Warranty has ended, we will support you with low-cost repairs and spare parts.

If something eventually wears out or breaks, our goal is to help you repair your TORNADO, not replace it.

We'd rather earn your trust - and your recommendation to family and friends - than sell you another blender because your TORNADO broke down.

Is the warranty transferable?

Yes. Wear and tear resulting from normal household use is covered.

Is commercial use covered?

Commercial use is not covered under this warranty. However, we absolutely encourage commercial use and support our commercial customers with low-cost parts, repairs, and rebuilding services.

Who pays for shipping?

If your TORNADO needs to be sent to us for warranty repair, you are responsible for shipping the blender to us. We cover the cost of shipping it back to you after the repair.

Why do I have to pay for shipping to TORNADO?

Requiring customers to cover the initial shipping cost helps discourage unnecessary or invalid warranty returns and allows us to offer generous warranty coverage while keeping our prices reasonable.

What happens if my TORNADO needs repair after the warranty expires?

We're still here. We offer low-cost replacement parts, repairs, and rebuilding services even after your warranty has ended. Our goal is to help you repair your TORNADO rather than replace it.

How long do I have to purchase the 10-Year Limited Warranty?

The 10-Year Limited Warranty can be added at the time of purchase or within 60 days of the original blender purchase. After 60 days, the warranty can no longer be extended.
